AI-assisted content notice
Algorithmic BrAIn builds artificial intelligence for a living, and we used it to build this website. Text, imagery and video on this site were created with the help of AI systems, then reviewed, verified and approved by a human editor before publication. We publish this notice in line with the transparency obligations of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.
What was AI-assisted

What remains human
- Every claim about our company, services and locations was checked by a person.
- Editorial judgement, final approval and accountability for what is published.

Why we tell you
Article 50 of the EU AI Act asks providers and deployers of generative AI to make it clear when content has been artificially generated or manipulated. We think that is the right standard whether or not it applies to a given page, so this notice appears in the footer of every page of the site and in full here.
What AI does not do here
No AI system on this site profiles you, scores you or takes decisions about you. If we add an AI assistant to the site, it will be clearly labelled as such, you will always know when you are talking to a machine, and you will be able to reach a person instead. Enquiries sent through the contact form are read and answered by people.
Imagery and people
AI-generated imagery and video on this site are illustrative and do not depict real, identifiable individuals. Where a real person appears, the image is a genuine photograph used with their consent.
Mistakes and corrections
Human review reduces errors but does not eliminate them. If you find something inaccurate, misleading or mislabelled, tell us and we will correct it promptly.

How we handle your personal data
Who is responsible
Algorithmic BrAIn Malta, part of the Equinox Group, is the controller of personal data collected through this site. We operate from Malta, in the European Union, and from Mauritius.
What we collect and why
The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation, the services you are interested in and your message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us and, where relevant, the steps needed before entering into a contract with you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your request and any relationship that follows from it. Enquiries that do not lead to further contact are deleted within twenty-four months.
Who we share it with
Your data is not sold and is not used for advertising. It may be shared within the Equinox Group where necessary to answer you, and it is processed by the providers that host this site and our email. Where data moves between the EU and Mauritius it is protected by the GDPR, the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 and appropriate contractual safeguards.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the data we hold about you, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to object to our processing of it. Write to us through the contact page and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta or to the Data Protection Office in Mauritius.
