Our projects
Two awarded projects, both coordinated by us
We are the lead beneficiary of each sub-grant: we own the work plan, deliver the technology and report to the host project. MAGICIAN and AID4SME themselves are led by their own consortia.

How we are funded
Selected in open competition
Large Horizon Europe projects set aside part of their budget to fund smaller companies through open calls, known as Financial Support to Third Parties or cascade funding. Proposals are scored against published criteria, and the selected teams then build on the host project’s platforms, data and industrial testbeds.
01
Open Call
The host project publishes challenges, eligibility rules and evaluation criteria. Any eligible company can apply.
02
Evaluation
Proposals are ranked on excellence, impact and implementation. Only a handful are funded in each call.
03
Delivery
Selected teams sign a sub-grant agreement, deliver against milestones and report results back to the host project.
